WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
After confirming your appointment, make sure to follow the questionnaire guide and fill out everything completely. All you need is a device with a camera and an internet connection, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Our user guide can help you set it up.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We do not accept insurance. We made a conscious decision not to accept insurance due to the complexity of its nature and to simplify the whole process. We believe our prices are accommodating for the care and convenience received.
IS TELEHEALTH SECURE AND PRIVATE?
Absolutely. We employ advanced encryption and security measures to protect your confidential health information, ensuring your privacy is a top priority.
WHAT IF I NEED A PRESCRIPTION OR A REFERRAL?
We can electronically send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy or provide referrals as needed, just like an in-person visit.
CAN I HAVE FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS THROUGH TELEHEALTH?
Absolutely, we encourage it for continuity of care. Follow-up appointments are easily scheduled through our platform, allowing you to maintain regular contact with your provider.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY DURING A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT?
For emergencies, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. Telehealth is not suitable for urgent situations.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS?
